If you cannot find the earliest slot in an urgent condition, please email us at and we’ll get back to you within an hour for a quick phone consultation.

  1. You will receive a booking confirmation email immediately after you schedule and pay for your appointment.

  2. You can request a sick leave certificate during the consultation session.

  3. An electronic prescription will be sent to your selected pharmacy at the end of the consultation session.

  4. In case of an emergency, immediately call an ambulance at 112 or 999.

Very fast and great service. I used dox online for the first time today. Awwad was the doctor who treated me. He was friendly mannered on the phone. The call lasted no more than 5 minutes. After the call my prescription and sick cert was issued straight away to my email and pharmacy too. All this for half the price of seeing my regular doctor.

I got an immediate phone consultation after I paid when my own GP was full for the day. My little boy had tonsillitis and needed an antibiotic. The doctor was friendly, polite and v helpful. He sent a prescription to our local pharmacy. All very easy/ quick and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Dox online today. I didn't know about this service before today. The pharmacist mentioned it to me. I had symptoms of a painful illness i get every so often. I made an appointment online with Dox online, paid the 35 euro and 10 minutes later a lovely doctor rang me and we discussed my issue. He prescribed me an antibiotic and emailed it to me and my local pharmacist straight away. This is a brilliant service. I will definitely use it again!
